“From Operational Excellence to Environmental Excellence”
Keynote address by Matt DiGeronimo, Veolia
Prior to the presentation of awards, Matt DiGeronimo, Vice President of Operations for Veolia North America, will give the keynote address. DiGeronimo is a nuclear engineer, a retired US Naval officer and co-authored the book Extreme Operational Excellence: Applying the US Nuclear Submarine Culture to Your Organization. He will speak on the importance of measuring everything in operations and the opportunities KCIC members should consider when improving their own building’s efficiency in order to achieve extreme operational excellence.
