This past week, we were joined by Dalena Taylor, Division Manager of Neighborhood Preservation with the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
In May, the Kansas City Industrial Council sent out a survey to members to learn about what specific blight and security concerns they had in their districts, as well as what their priorities are for fixing them.
The survey results made it clear that members had serious blight and security concerns in their area and wanted help figuring out how to go about fixing them. KCIC took the next step inviting Dalena Taylor to give members tips of how to report, manage and end blight in their district.
